About your Session
If you’ve read through any of my blog posts, you will understand that I am not your traditional photographer. I will never ask your child to say cheese, and I would hope you don’t stand behind me telling them to say cheese. I want you to have memories of your child being your child, not posed in a stuffy studio with a fake beach behind them.
Here’s a few “need to knows” before you book a session with me.
What can I expect when I book a session with you?
First things first…to have fun. I have a studio reserved strictly for newborns and “cake smash” sessions and the rest of my sessions are on location. I want you to have the memories of your family having fun, your child running through the park giggling, making funny faces and best of all, being a kid. Seniors can expect to have memories that will remind them in years to come what their senior year was all about, which is them.
What you are trying to achieve with your session will be discussed prior to you booking.
How long can I expect it to be before I see my proofs?
In most cases, I will have your proofs to you within a week. During the holidays, that might change to around 7-10 days depending on my session schedule.
How long do your sessions last?
Usually sessions are from 45-90 minutes depending on the type of session, location, etc. Newborns can take from 2-3 hours, kids about 45 minutes and seniors around 60-90. Please be prepared for your session. I do not set a time for my sessions so this are just a rough guestimate for you to go by.
